DeepFast had designed the 675 Model Positive Displacement Motor(PDM) with Low pressure tolerance in accordance with our requirements. SLB had purchased over ten sets of The PDM since May,2022. The motors have demonstrated excellent performance, stable operation, and extended service life. They have significantly improved our ability to manage pressure tolerance reduction and minimize vibration, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency, which has been highly commended by Party A.
Since we primarily operate with MARSS-configured RSS, we have been using DeepFast bent motors, and their performance has been excellent. So far, there have been no service interruptions related to the motors, and their performance remains very good.
Upon receiving the task for Well Yang 101H30-2, Sichuan Deepfast conducted thorough area analysis and customized the DFS1606 bit design based on local geology and drilling practices. Utilizing their unique 260mm high-torque mud motor for large-diameter sections, combined with optimized high-flow, high-WOB, and high-RPM parameters, the 406.4mm interval achieved exceptional results: - Set a new block record with 619 meters daily footage at 37.51 m/h ROP. - In the Shaximiao–Ziliujing formations, drilled 1,045 meters with one bit at 17.13 m/h, significantly exceeding the block averages of 612 meters and 11.58 m/h. - Achieved an average ROP of 15.18 m/h across the entire 406.4mm section, a 50.15% improvement over the block average of 10.11 m/h.
From January 2019 to June 2022, Sichuan DeepFast provided PDC bits and technical services for shale gas wells. The company consistently demonstrated quick response, strong technical expertise, and effective after-sales support. All products delivered excellent performance with zero quality or safety incidents, and both the operational performance record and HSE audit results were rated as Excellent. From 2021 to 2023, Sichuan DeepFast's mud motors for Rotary Steerable Systems (RSS) were deployed in drilling operations.
